For the blueberry thyme syrup:

1 ½ cups fresh blueberries from the garden
4-5 thyme stems from the garden
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water

For the cocktail:

2 tbsp blueberry thyme syrup
2 oz Seagram’s Extra Dry Gin
5 oz lemon-lime soda

To make:

Over medium-high heat, combine the blueberries, thyme stems, sugar, and water. Cook the syrup for about five minutes or until the blueberries are bursting and become soft. Push the berry mixture through a mesh sieve over a small bowl to remove large chunks and stems. Cover + refrigerate.

Fill a glass with ice and add the blueberry thyme syrup. Add Seagram’s Extra Dry Gin + top with the lemon-lime soda. Stir gently. Garnish with fresh blueberries, thyme sprigs + a slice of lime. Enjoy!
